How the Templett download works:

  • After your payment has been cleared, an email from Templett.com will be sent to your default Etsy email containing a link to your template(s). If you paid via Paypal, there may be 10-15 minute delay due to Etsy’s 3rd party verification process.
  • When you click on the link, it will bring you to a confirmation page, where you will be able to set the password to your Templett account. If you already have a Templett account, it will automatically detect your email address.
  • Once you set your password, it will login and redirect you to the page will all your template(s).

If you have paid for your order and have not received your Templett access link in your email within 1-2 hours, do not fret! We have some quick solutions below.

  • Check and make sure you are logged into the correct email address. All Templett access links will automatically be sent to your default email that you use to log into Etsy. Check your spam folder as well, sometimes access links can get lost in there. If access links to be sent to another email, please send us a message on Etsy or to luckynotespaperco@gmail.com.
  • If you have not received the download link, send us a message via Etsy messages and we will send you a manual link as soon as possible. Our turnaround time is 1-3 hours. If you need the file as soon as possible, please see the next bullet point.
  • We understand if you need the files promptly. If you haven’t received the download link, here’s how you can manually access them:
    • Visit: https://templett.com/login
    • Enter the email attached to your order (what you use to login to Etsy) and click” CONTINUE”.
    • If you’ve never accessed your account yet, you’ll see a message below the “CONTINUE” button. Click
      the link titled: “Don’t have access to this email?“
    • Enter the order number (found in Etsy under “Purchases and Reviews”). After entering the order number click “CONTINUE”.
    • Once you’ve entered your information, it will take you to a page where you will be able to update your email address and set a password for your account. You have now be able to log in and access to your purchased templates.
